Jam-packed HR Software Show planned for Cascade

The CIPDs HR Software Show 2017 is going to be quite literally Cascades biggest event to date.

Jam-packed HR Software Show planned for Cascade

"The lead up to this event is always a busy time for us. But this year is undoubtedly going to be our biggest HRSS yet, when were encouraging people to come and discover the Cascade Difference."
Paul Sparkes

This year, the technology giant will have two stands – H150 where the popular team members will be demonstrating Cascade’s award-winning solution for organisations that have 100-25,000+ employees, and H126 where it’s all about the CascadeGo system for micro businesses and SMEs.

It is exactly 12 months since Cascade first unveiled the CascadeGo brand. In fact, demand for one-to-one appointments was so great at HRSS 2016, that the intuitive products now require dedicated spaces of their own.

One-to-one demos will be available on both stands, with delegates able to see how the systems are already GDPR ready. There is also the chance for a complimentary absence management review and, on the larger Cascade stand, a first-look at the new gender pay gap reporting tool.

Commenting on the team’s preparations for the show, product director Paul Sparkes said: “The lead up to this event is always a busy time for us. But this year is undoubtedly going to be our biggest HRSS yet, when we’re encouraging people to come and discover the ‘Cascade Difference’.

“As always, it’s as much about our people, as it is our technology. That’s why we’ll have more than 30 of our HR and payroll experts on hand, to show how we can help organisations fulfil their people potential. We encourage visitors to come and quiz us on queries large and small. Security is undoubtedly going to be a huge topic, but our recent ISO27001 and ISO9001 accreditations mean it’s a subject we’re well-placed to comment upon.

“Our representatives can also talk to visitors about our payroll managed services, for delegates who want to outsource that function, and we’ll be offering a prize draw for the chance to win a £200 SONOS wireless home sound system too!”

Passionate about knowledge transfer within the industry and recognising delegates’ appetite to learn from their peers, Cascade has invited client Melin Homes to deliver one of the show seminars. ‘Using HR software to achieve award-winning transformational change’ will take place on the second day of the event, from 11:15-11:45.

Elaborating on the theme for the session, Paul added: “They’ll explore the role that HR software played in supporting the 250-strong organisation’s transition to agile working, before highlighting the benefits for colleagues, customers and the company alike. This transformational change project achieved prestigious award recognition for Melin, when they scooped The Chartered Institute for IT’s ‘Workplace Transformation Project of the Year’ accolade.

“The presentation is sure to draw a good crowd.”

The HR Software Show will take place at Olympia London, on 14-15 June. Entry is free but pre-registration is advised.
