Knew Productions films corporate video for leading manufacturer

Knew Productions was appointed by Wrexham-based Tritech Group to create a promotional video showcasing the business’ capabilities, scale, and expertise following a period of significant growth and rapid expansion.

Tritech was established in 1982 and specialises in manufacturing investment cast and machined components for major companies in the aerospace and defence industries.

Knew Productions, led by founder and managing director Richard Knew, filmed at Tritech’s four Wrexham premises and its factories in Hampshire, Somerset, and Devon. The team completed the project within a six-week deadline.

The video brief included editing existing footage of its site in India, where the group’s owners are based.

The video, which will be used at trade shows, exhibitions and in sales pitches, will also be included as part of internal communications for Tritech. The footage will be shown to new and existing employees to help aid understanding of Tritech’s different areas of the business.

Kimberley Coldwell, marketing coordinator at Tritech, was thrilled with the approach taken by Knew Productions, as well as the finished product.

She said: “We appointed Knew Productions because we were aware of its experience within the manufacturing industry. We wanted the film to succinctly illustrate our processes, as well as communicate our expertise and multi-site facilities. This video certainly does that.

“Knew Productions worked really closely with us throughout the project, assisting with script writing and working out logistics for visiting each site in the UK.

“The team worked to ensure all internal stakeholders were happy with the finished article.”

The video will also be integrated into Tritech’s wider digital marketing strategy, including placement on the Aerospace Manufacturing magazine website.

Richard said: “We have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, and we are thrilled to have added the Tritech Group to our growing list of clients.

“After spending the last couple of years producing films for manufacturing firms in France, Germany, and Thailand, it’s good to work with Tritech, which is on our doorstep.

“The most challenging aspect was the logistics of filming at several different sites. However, we are well versed at shooting footage at multiple sites across the UK and Europe and producing a video that allows prospects to view all sites in just a couple of minutes.

“We look forward to working with Tritech again in the future.”

Knew Productions is celebrating its 21st birthday this year and has worked with a variety of manufacturing companies including Nice-Pak International, Sharp, Tetra Pak, and Stormguard.
