Due to growth in sales, LeasingOptions, one of the UK’s leading car leasing companies, has developed and created a new 'tactical team' that will be focussed on delivering specialist transactional deals for target customers.
Led by Tactical Team Leader Jake Singelton, the team will consist of four members of staff. Jake, who has nearly a decade of experience within the industry and will lead the team and ensure that customer service levels are kept to the exceptional standard that LeasingOptions is renowned for.
As part of the organisational shuffle, LeasingOptions has also promoted Matt Hill to Account Manager Team Leader. This is as result of Matt consistently delivering exceptional results throughout his career and now with three years as a successful Account Manager, he has been made Team Leader.
Mike Thompson, director of sales and marketing at LeasingOptions.co.uk, commented: “The leasing market is rapidly growing, and people are moving more towards leasing cars than buying.
“We have to adapt to keep up with the market and make the most of the new opportunities. A lot people who are new to leasing want their new car now and the tactical team has been formed to fill the need for this segment of the market.
“With the tactical team we can do a quicker turnaround with getting the car to the customer which really helps the relationships build between Leasing Options and supplying manufacturers which will help the rest of the benefit secure better deals and better prices which will be available across the whole of the market.”
Speaking about Matt’s promotion, Mike added:
“Matt has been an incredible asset for LeasingOptions, and this promotion is well deserved. As part of his new role, Matt will be able to further support his team which means better care for the staff and more importantly the customers.”
