PR and marketing communications agency Roland Dransfield has appointed Carolyn Lewis as online reputation manager to bolster its digital team. 

Carolyn joins Roland Dransfield from Sofology, where she spent nearly 18 months managing the sofa brand’s online reputation and content marketing wing.

The new appointment comes as the award-winning agency continues to expand its client offering with multi-channel marketing and communications expertise.

Carolyn said: “I’m delighted to join the team at Roland Dransfield as online reputation manager. It’s a huge testament to the forward-thinking nature of the agency to recognise that this area of digital marketing is essential to the perception and sentiment towards their client’s brands.

Carolyn brings more than a decade of PR, marketing communications and brand reputation management to Roland Dransfield, having worked for Hotter Shoes, Travel Counsellors and JD Sports Fashion Plc prior to Sofology.
